What's the Weekly Schedule?

The weekly schedule brings structure to online classes.

If you don’t want to search through the archive of workouts to find one you would like to do, follow our TaylorToned weekly schedule for the best results.

Every day of the week, a new class becomes available. Choose the days you want to workout and tune in every week to tone, sculpt and burn!

How many classes should I do per week?

For the best TaylorToned results, I would definitely recommend 3-4 classes per week. You can definitely get by doing 1-2 classes per week, but you will see the most benefits if you commit to the plan and complete 4.

I would also recommend that each workout is between 45 – 60 minutes long if you want to see the best results. If you complete a shorter workout, combine it with another. The full body classes are the perfect length.

What if I want to do the workout a different day?

If you want to do certain workouts on different days, that’s absolutely fine. There is a full archive of workouts to choose from or you can go and find / search for the specific workout you would like to do that particular day.
